Return | Exchange:
(1) No returns or exchanges for custom cut products.
(2) Return or Exchange within 15 days of receipt of the goods. Product must be in original, unused condition. The product invoice is required. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
(3) Exchange subject to availability of the goods.
Guarantee
(1) Synthetic Grass: 8-year warranty against abnormal discoloration of the product for residential use. (Unless otherwise stated.)
(2) All other products: no warranty
Delivery
The delivery costs will be confirmed to you once the order has been placed, Gazon Synthétique Canada will contact you to confirm these. If the delivery costs do not suit you, you can recover the goods at the Gazon Synthétique Canada warehouse, or Gazon Synthétique Canada can cancel the transaction free of charge. Gazon Synthétique Canada reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and even if the customer's credit card or PayPal account has been charged. Gazon Synthétique Canada can't be held responsible for damages during shipment or delivery.
